Despite the extremely flexible use of HeliaSol films, there are situations where the substrate must be prepared before applying our HeliaSol films. For example, application to bitumen is only possible with a primer/adhesive.
In addition, especially on (flat) rooftops, it should be ensured that there are no leaks during the service life of the films. According to a TÜV analysis, this is to be expected on up to 25% of all flat roofs.
System solution for roof renovation with solar upgrade
Heliatek solar films can be flexibly combined with Triflex roof waterproofing solutions. Whether simply glued using ProDetail or integrated as part of a regeneration or sealing, the system solution is designed to fit every type of roof renovation.
VARIANT „GLUING“
The HeliaSol solar film is bonded over the entire surface using Triflex ProDetail. The combination of HeliaSol and Triflex ProDetail enables the realization of PV solar solutions even on challenging surfaces.
VARIANT „REGENERATION“
The regeneration layer is applied to an existing roof waterproofing to protect, reinforce or renew it.
VARIANT „SEALING“
The waterproofing is used on flat and pitched roofs in new builds and renovations. Due to its durability, the waterproofing leads to longer renovation intervals.
VARIANT „PROSOLAR“
The Triflex ProSolar system has additional advantages thanks to its light color: the roof's reflection index is increased and the surface temperature is lowered.
